regardless of whether funds exist in your account. Our intention has always been to save you the
embarrassment and inconvenience of a declined transaction. Due to new federal regulations and changes to
our bank policy, we now require your permission to continue this standard overdraft service for everyday
debit card and ATM transactions.
Without your consent, or "opt-in," we are required to decline your transaction when you have
insufficient funds to cover everyday debit card and ATM transactions.
You may experience a declined transaction due to insufficient funds in your account if:

You decided to Opt-out of overdraft protection.
or

You opened your account before July 1, 2010 and did not make a decision regarding
overdraft services on your account.
This Web site is provided to assist you in making an informed decision regarding overdraft protection
and give you an opportunity to notify us of your choice online. You can also change your decision if
you feel the decision you made is not the best one for you.
